“ This is what it's all about. On a whim I decided to try the local flavor here in Iowa and the Dew Drop Inn did not disappoint! Extremely reasonably priced diner menu and atmosphere straight out of my childhood in the seventies and eighties. Hubcaps and vinyl records plaster the walls and vintage beer ad memorabilia take you back to a simpler , better time. The owner is genuinely friendly like your best friend or your family from your own hometown. Oh yes and by the way, this jewel of an establishment is nestled in the smallest beautiful town that you wish that you lived in! I didn't know places like this still existed in our country. Makes me proud to live in the USA. You should stop by right now! ”

Today I had the bacon cheeseburger soup and it was outstanding. The Dew Drop Inn is right on the main street in Mcclellan. I will be going back to try their other items on the menu. Went there with 6 of my friends and they all loved it too.. great staff that makes you feel welcome. ”
